If you book a session or program:
- All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Refund policies for digital or long-term programs will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

You agree to use this website respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate speech, spam, unauthorized data scraping, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of others will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to restrict access or block users at our discretion.
